Background

Diversity and Inclusion should be a priority for any business. The pandemic has highlighted the shortcomings of businesses in achieving a workforce that is diverse, both in ideas and identities. In fact, many businesses already recognise this as a problem within their business but struggle to find the steps to fix this.
